LeadVenture seeks a General HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals across functions and geographies. You will partner with leaders, drive change, and implement people programs in payroll, benefits, DEI, performance and development across regions including Mexico and the US.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, manage complex HR projects, and influence stakeholders with strong business acumen and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
