Amentum is seeking aHousing Supervisorto support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The Housing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housing operations, customer service activities, and administrative support within an overseas housing environment. This position provides leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to ensure efficient tenant services, accurate occupancy management, and compliance with contract requirements, Department of State regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of housing operations,



ensuring quality services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.
- Interact with the Contract Manager, customers, tenants, and support personnel to address housing needs and operational requirements.
- Provide superior customer service during tenant check-in and check-out processes.
- Communicate housing policies, procedures, and requirements to customers and tenants.
- Issue keys, access materials, and required check in/check out documentation.
- Assist tenants with lockouts, access issues, and minor service related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records related to occupancy, supplies, housing assignments, and office operations.
- Monitor occupancy status within assigned housing units and provide updates as required.
