Law Degree (required).
~ Strong knowledge of banking, financial, and commercial law.
~Intermediate English proficiency (TOEFL certification is a plus).
Draft, review, and negotiate adhesion contracts and legal agreements.
Analyze regulatory inquiries, legal reforms, and compliance requirements.
Advise business units on legal and regulatory matters and participate in committees and strategic meetings.
