you won't just run the office as it exists today; You'll own execution across ocean, air, trucking, and customs brokerage, while also serving as the office's overall local leader, shaping how the team grows, how work gets done, and how the site scales as headcount and volume increase.
This is also a role for someone who wants to bring automation and AI-driven tooling into Mexican logistics operations, not just manage the status quo. the company is investing heavily in automating manual ops workflows across LATAM, and you'll be the person on the ground translating that into real operational leverage for the GDL team - reducing manual work, speeding up execution, and freeing the team to focus on the highest-value problems.
