Role Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team.



As our first Talent Operations Associate in Mexico City, you will bridge the gap between high-touch candidate coordination and cutting-edge Talent Operations for Americas hiring.
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion and proven experience in AI and automation who can leverage emerging tools to drive process efficiencies and improve our operational capabilities such as streamline scheduling, unblock logistics challenges, and build data-driven dashboards. If you are comfortable working consultatively with senior stakeholders, being proactive and assertive in securing interviewer availability, and excited to redefine how hiring operations run, this role is for you.
