- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Drive profitability analysis across customers, brands, and channels.
- Build financial scenarios and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Analyze performance trends and explain variances against plan and prior year.
- Partner with commercial and leadership teams to maximize growth and value creation.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A;, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong experience in profitability analysis, financial modelling, and business partnering.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
