As a Total Rewards Partner Manager,
you will work closely with HR and business leaders to develop and implement reward strategies that support business goals and enhance the employee experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits matters, using market insights and data to help leaders make informed people decisions.
Your Impact
As a Total Rewards Partner Manager, you will:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop reward solutions that support talent and business objectives.
- Advise leaders on compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
