In this role, you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, with the highest quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost.
This position is responsible for leading production teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while supporting operational excellence across the manufacturing area.

Supervise and monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and operational standards.
Lead daily operations by guiding and supporting team leaders and operators, ensuring workplace organization and process discipline.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as applicable legal and internal training requirements.
Analyze production performance data (KPIs, yields,



and production order closings) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to address equipment failures and product quality issues.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
Manage the procurement of production supplies and support monthly production order closings.
Promote a culture of employee engagement, teamwork, and cross-training across the workforce.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
~5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in senior supervisory or leadership roles.
~ Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production control, and manufacturing best practices.
~ Experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
