Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, NLE. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, including retail chains, institutional clients, and private label partners.



Day-to-day activities include developing account plans, negotiating contracts and pricing, tracking sales performance, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and quality to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The Key Account Sales Manager will identify business opportunities, prepare sales forecasts, lead presentations, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing customer feedback to support product development, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Sales and Key Accounts, with experience driving revenue growth and managing strategic clients.
