Academic requirements:

Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related career.

Qualifications & Knowledge

Previous experience as a process engineer.
Statistical Control.
Lean manufacturing and six sigma knowledge.
Project management and administration.
Basic knowledge of tooling design.

General Objective

Manage both human and machinery resources efficiently to develop production processes, their control and improvements, complying with the KPI's of the plant.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage manufacturing process engineering team that are in PM.




Standardize manufacturing processes.
Receive information and provide support during transfer events.
Providing support and solutions during root cause analysis.
Provide support in implementing production improvements and waste elimination activities.
Provide on-going support to the team in the implementation of projects (tooling supply, engineering samples, technical information).
Generate budgets for the correct execution of each engineering project, as well as the control of expenses.
Provide support in general activities required by the department.
