How will you fit in the big picture?





The Hershey Company is looking for the next Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts across the LATAM region and help build the talent needed to drive our business forward. This role serves as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies while leading a team of recruiters responsible for salaried and hourly hiring. You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to anticipate talent needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure Hershey attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent across the region.

What will you do?

Partner with regional business leaders to understand business strategies, workforce plans, and future talent needs.
Provide expertise on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive recruiting intelligence.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters supporting both hourly and professional hiring.
Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical and leadership-level positions across LATAM.
