We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
This person will act as a key connection between clients, technical teams, creative teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, efficient execution, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation and final delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and priorities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technology, product, design, creative, and other areas.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or roadblocks.
Lead kick-off meetings, status meetings, planning sessions, and project reviews.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal and external stakeholders.




Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable tasks for technical teams.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and develop appropriate action plans.
Ensure deliverables meet project requirements, objectives, and quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and key performance indicators.
Manage scope changes and shifting priorities, assessing their impact on timelines, resources, and budget.
Work using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
Coordinate QA, testing, implementation, and delivery processes when required.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, decisions, timelines, and project updates.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
