We are currently searching for a Lead AA Business Consultant – Limits & Collateral:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and launching of the 'Fully Negotiable Business Simple Loan' product.




Engage in constant on-site visits across the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate directly with Our Client to gather requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
Your Profile (Requirements)
Proven experience as an AA Business Consultant with a strong focus on Limits and Collateral.
Demonstrated ability to physically relocate to or commute within Mexico City for continuous on-site project demands.
Hands-on experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of financial product launching (Analysis, Design, Configuration, and Testing).
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
Advanced Spanish: Required for daily operations and local stakeholder communication.
English advanced is NOT necessary.

Special Notes
This role requires constant on-site visits across the project; therefore, candidates currently residing in Mexico, city are strongly preferred.
