The role will maintain the Integration Master Plan, coordinate the different technology workstreams and provide clear visibility of milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and overall progress. The position will work closely with Integral DT, Regional TSO, HCR teams and external vendors to ensure activities remain aligned and integration commitments are delivered on time.
This is a handson project management and governance role. It does not include direct people management but requires strong coordination, stakeholder management and the ability to drive actions across multiple teams.
Scope of Work Key Deliverables
Develop and maintain the Integration Master Plan milestones, dependencies, critical path.
Operate governance RAID log, decision log, change log, weekly status reports, KPIs.
Coordinate workstreams and ensure alignment across technical domains.
Manage risks, issues, and crossteam dependencies.
Coordinate with Global DT, Regional TSO, HCR teams and all external vendors.
Required Skills Experience
58 years of experience in technology project management, PMO governance or transformation programs.
Experience supporting MA integrations or multicountry programs is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Infra, Security and Digital Workplace.
English Advanced.
