Role Description The Health Fitness Specialist is a part-time remote role focused on supporting members in achieving safe, sustainable improvements in physical activity and overall wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and leading group exercise sessions, developing individualized fitness plans, and providing ongoing health promotion and education. The role involves monitoring participant progress, offering motivational coaching,



and ensuring adherence to evidence-based exercise physiology principles. The Health Fitness Specialist will collaborate with virtual care teams, maintain high standards of customer service, and help create an engaging, inclusive fitness environment within MantraCare’s digital platforms.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Center operations to safely lead sessions and manage participant flow.
Candidates should possess skills in Health Promotion and customer service to educate, motivate, and support diverse member populations.
Candidates should possess skills in Exercise Physiology to design and adapt safe, effective fitness programs aligned with individual needs and conditions.
Relevant certifications such as CPT, CES, or group fitness credentials from recognized bodies (e.g., ACSM, NASM, ACE) are highly beneficial.
