Account Manager (with growth to Sales Manager)
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our international team, working with the European markets. This role is a great opportunity for candidates who want to grow into a Sales Manager position. As an Account Manager, you will work with existing clients and ensure high-quality service, while also developing skills required for a future transition into sales.
Requirements
University degree in logistics, foreign economic activity, international trade, economics, engineering or another relevant technical field.
At least five years of B2B experience in supply coordination, order management or import/export operations.
Proven experience managing the full supply cycle, from contract execution through payment collection. Experience with raw materials, chemicals or industrial products is preferred.
Fluent English at C1–C2 level.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience working with 1C.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Practical experience applying Incoterms, including FOB, CFR and CIF.
Experience arranging containerised and bulk sea freight.
Experience handling bookings and working with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Understanding of import and export customs clearance procedures.
Experience preparing and managing shipping documents, including bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of analysis (CoA) and certificates of origin.
Experience with letters of credit (L/C), as well as a basic understanding of payment terms and methods used in international trade.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with carbon black.
Experience in the tyre, rubber products, chemical or petrochemical industry.
