Job Summary
Sharp Brains is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office IT infrastructure support, asset management, and project-based technical assistance in Mexico City.
The successful candidate will work closely with remote technical teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Provision, deploy, replace, image, track, and decommission IT equipment.




Support office network connectivity, Wi-Fi, printing, AV, voice, and workplace technologies.
Install and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related IT infrastructure.
Support conference rooms, digital signage, and smart office technologies.
Maintain IT asset inventory and conduct regular inventory audits.
Coordinate warranty repairs, equipment redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and IT deployment projects.
Provide remote hands support and coordinate with third-party vendors when required.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/remote technical teams and maintain clear documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, or IT field services.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Basic networking knowledge covering LAN, Wi-F
