? We’re hiring: Account Executive – LatAm (Mexico)

? What you’ll do
As an Account Executive, you’ll own Qureos’s commercial expansion across Mexico and the wider LatAm market.
You’ll:
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Engage with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business leaders.
Run consultative discovery calls and demos focused on solving real hiring challenges.
Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions.
Keep CRM data and forecasting accurate.
Identify partnerships and new opportunities to grow Qureos across LatAm.




Help shape our go-to-market strategy as we expand beyond Mexico.
? What we’re looking for
2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility.
Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LatAm business landscape.
A proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
Experience in HR Tech, AI, SaaS, recruitment tech, or similar is a strong plus.
Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
A self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-growing environment.
