Must Haves:
3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong LWC Focus
Strong APEX Experience
Experience supporting product teams in a 10+ environment
Basic Integration knowledge using rest APIs
INTANGIBLES- someone who is outgoing, be comfortable speaking up, asking questions, unmuting and having camera on. Does not want a keyboard pounder

Plus:
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
Experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
Experience working in healthcare, patient support, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare technology environments.

They are looking for a developer who can write clean Salesforce code and contribute in a collaborative environment.

Day to Day
Build new Salesforce functionality and features
Primarily hands-on development work
Develop Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions
Build UI components and ensure systems communicate effectively
Assist with integrations
Work closely with architects and developers on an established team
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate heavily with teammates
Contribute ideas and ask questions throughout development processes
