The ideal candidate will support the Global Supplier Quality Assurance (GSQA) platform and associated business applications, ensuring operational excellence, system stability, user support, automation, and continuous process improvements.The candidate will work closely with business users, suppliers, quality teams, and IT stakeholders to manage incidents, service requests,
