Henkel Mexicana is seeking a Production Manager to lead liquid detergents manufacturing. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS to achieve business objectives and foster operational excellence.
You will manage budgets, coach teams, and push continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies. Strong English communication and experience with SAP/MES are preferred.
