Element is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Planning, Advisory & New Product Introduction to lead Mexico's growth strategy. You will co-create strategic roadmaps, serve as Chief of Staff to the Country Head, and steer annual planning with cross-functional governance and market insight.
You will oversee pricing strategy and portfolio profitability, partner with Sales and Finance, and drive initiatives that strengthen data-driven decision-making and client value across the organization.
