On Site:
This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis

Key Job Elements
- Overall Health Center Operation oversight responsibility (management, programs, compliance, and personnel)
- Direct report support and management
- Medical Examinations
- Disability/WC management
- Integrate with Business Partners (Connection to the business)
- Responsible for the site Emergency Response Program
- Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site

Requirements
- Three to five years medical experience
- Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Available to change shifts (4x3)

Education and Training
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required.
- Board certification in a medical specialty required, preferably in occupational medicine.



Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family medicine are also acceptable.
- Valid medical license
