What you’ll do: Own the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers helping define job requirements Facilitate smooth interview cycles, gathering actionable feedback, and keeping time-to-hire low Proactively source candidates using Linked In Recruiter and direct outreach Build clean,



detailed candidate briefs and structured interview evaluation sheets Manage open requisitions concurrently while keeping ATS records accurate and up to date What you bring: 2–3 years of in-house corporate recruiting experience Fluent English & Spanish - written and spoken Expert-level Linked In Recruiter and proactive direct-sourcing skills Experience with OCC (Mexican job board) Recruiting experience across multiple industries (Tech, Professional Services, Financial Services) Strong organizational skills - comfortable juggling multiple open roles at once A consultative approach to working with hiring managers
