We are looking for a BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate various assistance services by contacting providers to dispatch service to customers, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Work hours 15:00 - 23:00 hours and 23:00 - 7:00 hours)
High school diploma completed
Conversacional english




Customer service-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills
