We're Hiring! Financial Regulatory Counsel Qualifications :
Law Degree (required).
Strong knowledge of banking, financial, and commercial law.
10-15 years of experience within financial institutions, regulatory agencies, or the banking sector.
Intermediate English proficiency (TOEFL certification is a plus).

Key Responsibilities :
Draft, review, and negotiate adhesion contracts and legal agreements.
Manage contracts and service agreements with vendors and third-party providers.
Monitor and communicate regulatory and legislative changes affecting the institution.
Analyze regulatory inquiries, legal reforms, and compliance requirements.
Respond to requests from regulatory authorities, including CNBV, CONDUSEF, and Banxico.




Advise business units on legal and regulatory matters and participate in committees and strategic meetings.
