- Take the Lead with These Responsibilities Support the Quality team in monitoring and improving manufacturing and operational processes. What qualifications will make you successful?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and identify trends. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Good organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, or SPC is a plus. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
Active student status with availability to complete an internship program.
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of quality systems, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma concepts.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Interest in quality, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.
Previous internship, academic projects, or extracurricular activities related to quality or process improvement are desirable but not required.
