Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, and operational performance
- Develop engineering solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and resource utilization across the plant




- Manage projects aimed at improving plant performance through time and motion studies, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and present recommendations supported by measurable results
- Coordinate and support Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects from planning through execution and implementation
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct benchmarking activities and evaluate best practices, technologies, and engineering tools to support continuous improvement
- Support the development, qualification, and performance monitoring of external manufacturing partners and tolling operations
- Monitor project progress, communicate results to stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of improvement initiatives
