Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help shape how the next generation of AI understands and generates software. This is a fully remote hourly contract with 10–40 hours per week, offering adaptable scheduling and independent work.
You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, provide expert feedback, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript is valued along with strong CS fundamentals.
