Genesys is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant in Mexico to partner with enterprise customers through the pre‑sales cycle, uncover business challenges, and translate them into scalable CX solutions powered by Genesys Cloud and AI.
You will work with Account Executives and internal teams to move deals forward, from discovery to solution design, while addressing transformation priorities and measurable business outcomes.
