Hygiene Pro Clean Scotland is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to build and manage a portfolio of clients. You will report to the Owner/Managing Director and drive new business from award through to completion, ensuring strong commercial performance.
In this role you will lead a small team initially, shape the business vision, and deliver growth through proactive client engagement and effective contract negotiations. The salary reflects £32k-£38k per year for the right candidate.
