How you'll make an impact

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment using established procedures and work plans.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, fire protection, compressed air, potable water, and pumping systems.
- Support maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and automated control systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor and manage spare parts and consumable inventories to support facility operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in safety initiatives, emergency response brigades, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

- Technical degree or education in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building systems,



or industrial maintenance environments.
- Experience with HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, compressed air systems, painting, and general facility repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system diagrams.
- Knowledge of CMMS platforms, 5S, TPM, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices.
- Basic English proficiency to review equipment manuals and technical documentation.
