The AMER Service Governance team at GoGlobal is seeking a results-driven professional to coordinate governance cadence, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and manage issues across the Americas region. You will provide leadership with timely insights and ensure governance processes run consistently.
Reporting to the Service Governance Lead, you will organize governance meetings, prepare performance reports, track action items, and support continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
