Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Communicates and facilitates processes and procedures related to compensation (e.g., merit increases, PDP ratings, team incentive plan), training & development (e.g., corporate development initiatives, management and employee development), benefits (e.g., open enrollment, integration of new employees into benefit plan), Aff…
- Communicates program changes to management team and to employees.
- Assists employees with questions or problems related to benefits plans.
- Partners with managers and Service Center personnel to resolve problems related to employee benefits, payroll, staffing, disability, workers compensation, awards, immigration processing, etc.




- Supports activities regarding legal and regulatory impact of program changes.
- Generates reports as requested.
- Gathers information as requested. (e.g., PDP ratings, merit increases).
- Significant knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management.
- Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration proceedings.
- Knowledge of local HRIS system and report writing.
- Good public presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct a thorough, timely and unbiased internal investigation and provide practical recommendations.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers.
- Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a confidential manner.
- Knowledge of computer applications
