Apollo.io is seeking a tenured Customer Support Enablement Lead in Mexico City to own and evolve the six-week onboarding program for our support team. You’ll facilitate in-person sessions, partner with our Everboarding Manager, and design scalable, data-informed enablement initiatives aligned with business goals.
You will build scalable learning paths, track ramp milestones, and measure CSAT, QA, and productivity while collaborating cross-functionally with QA, Product, Support Ops, and L&D.;
