Where no two days are the same.Your RoleMonitor and respond to platform alerts and production incidents in Unix/Linux environments.Troubleshoot system issues and execute recovery actions to restore services quickly.Coordinate with resolver teams and stakeholders to resolve operational incidents.Maintain operational documentation, support records, and shift handover notes.Escalate recurring or complex issues and contribute to platform stability improvements.Your Profile2-5 years of experience supporting Unix/Linux environments.Hands-on experience with Red Hat, Ubuntu,
