Architect / AutoCAD Designer – Warehouse & Amazon Facilities

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect / AutoCAD Designer with strong experience designing and developing large-scale warehouse and fulfillment facilities of 100,000+ sq. ft., preferably with Amazon warehouse/facility projects. The adecuado candidate will create detailed architectural layouts, coordinate with engineering and construction teams, and ensure designs meet operational, safety, and building requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed AutoCAD architectural drawings and warehouse layouts for 100,000+ sq. ft. facilities.
- Design floor plans, equipment layouts, workspaces, offices, docks, storage areas, and infrastructure.
- Support Amazon warehouse/fulfillment center design standards and facility requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, fire protection, and material-handling systems.
- Review site conditions,



construction drawings, and design changes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare permit, construction, and as-built drawing packages.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

Required Skills

- Experience with large-scale warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment center projects (100,000+ sq. ft.).
- Experience supporting Amazon warehouse/facility projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and space planning.
- Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and manage design revisions.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
