- Responsible for payroll activities to ensure accurate and on-time processing
- Prepares and processes payroll and tax transactions for international assignees
- Manages and maintains payroll data, systems and schedules, and assists in the reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts
- Understands, follows and implements payroll controls, policies, reporting requirements and wage and hour laws
- Collects inputs for, and responds to, inquiries to clarify issues for domestic & International assignees
- Guides, advises and provides data for payroll audits, reconciliations and projects to ensure compliance and timely completion
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. payroll experience while based in Mexico
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate college degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential payroll information accurately
