Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and execution of learning and development strategies aimed at strengthening the capabilities, performance, and career growth of salaried employees. You will identify competency gaps, translate business needs into development solutions, and drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. Each day,



you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, People Managers, Functional Leaders, employees, and external learning partners to ensure development initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver meaningful impact.

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Apodaca, Nuevo León.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the training needs assessment and competency development processes for salaried employees, identifying skill gaps and translating business priorities into the Annual Training Plan, development strategies, and learning programs.
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring learning and development initiatives through different learning approaches, while measuring effectiveness and impact through relevant KPIs and continuously identifying opportunities to improve the employee learning experience.
