In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor product costs, support planning processes, manage inventory controls, and provide financial insights that help drive informed business decisions.

What You Will Do

Product Cost Management: Manage the annual standard cost roll-up process and maintain accurate product cost structures in financial systems.

Manufacturing Cost Monitoring: Track monthly and year-to-date manufacturing costs, coordinating updates to bills of materials and routing structures with operations teams.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for the assigned business unit.

Inventory Control: Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and cycle count programs, including variance analysis and follow-up actions.

Cost Reduction Tracking: Track productivity initiatives and report progress against established budget targets.

Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and submit operational metrics through corporate reporting systems.





Month-End Close: Execute month-end close activities, including cost accounting entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and fixed asset depreciation.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Prepare plant performance reports, capital expenditure requests, ROI analyses, and custom reporting for leadership.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Cost Accounting.

Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.

Languages: Professional working proficiency in English.

Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Background: Experience supporting manufacturing, plant finance, or operational accounting environments.
