We're Hiring! Financial Regulatory Counsel

Qualifications:

- Law Degree (required).
- Strong knowledge of banking, financial, and commercial law.
- 10-15 years of experience within financial institutions, regulatory agencies, or the banking sector.
- Intermediate English proficiency (TOEFL certification is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate adhesion contracts and legal agreements.
- Manage contracts and service agreements with vendors and third-party providers.
- Monitor and communicate regulatory and legislative changes affecting the institution.
- Analyze regulatory inquiries, legal reforms, and compliance requirements.
- Respond to requests from regulatory authorities, including CNBV, CONDUSEF, and Banxico.




- Advise business units on legal and regulatory matters and participate in committees and strategic meetings.
