Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (required).5 years of experience as a General Accountant.Experience in Shared Services environments (preferred).Intermediate/advanced English.Strong ability to supervise, develop, and motivate talent.Qualifications

Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations: NIF, ISR, IVA, DIOT, IFRS, with monthly and annual compliance.Inventory management: valuation, turnover, physical counts, and variance analysis.Internal control and compliance: control design and documentation, SOX (preferred), segregation of duties, and risk mitigation.Corporate reporting: preparation of financial packages, variance analysis, and adherence to integral deadlines.Intermediate SAP proficiency.Advanced Excel skills.
