Salary: MXN $30,000 – $40,000/month, based on experience
Our client, a growing international tech firm, is expanding their talent acquisition team in Mexico City and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate Recruiter to help them scale.
What you'll do:
- Own the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers helping define job requirements
- Facilitate smooth interview cycles, gathering actionable feedback, and keeping time-to-hire low
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach
- Build clean, detailed candidate briefs and structured interview evaluation sheets
- Manage open requisitions concurrently while keeping ATS records accurate and up to date
What you bring:
- 2–3 years of in-house corporate recruiting experience
- Fluent English & Spanish - written and spoken
- Expert-level LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive direct-sourcing skills
- Experience with OCC (Mexican job board)
- Recruiting experience across multiple industries (Tech, Professional Services, Financial Services)
- Strong organizational skills - comfortable juggling multiple open roles at once
- A consultative approach to working with hiring managers
