Key responsibilities:

Analyze and manage the customer order flow.

Monitor demand and generate forecasts to support material and production planning.

Track changes in customer requirements and ensure a timely response.

Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics departments.

Prepare reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

We are looking for talent with: Experience in order management, demand planning, or supply chain operations within the industry.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
