They design and deliver GMP-compliant facilities, cleanrooms, laboratories, and highly technical environments for clients across the U.Location: 100% remote (with occasional site/client visits) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, permanent position Salary: $55,000 MXN net per month We're looking for Senior Electrical Designers/Engineers to join the team. The idóneo candidate brings 10-15 years of experience in electrical design, quality control, and project management, with a proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and maintain strong client relationships.

This role is responsible for integrating the entire manufacturing building from an electrical standpoint — not just power distribution and lighting, but also power and controls for HVAC and process equipment, plus instrumentation. Lead electrical system design for life-science, pharmaceutical, biotech, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Perform quality control reviews of electrical documents,



ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and industry standards. Develop and maintain design tools, standards, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across projects. Support project management activities including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.

Mentor junior designers and engineers, fostering professional growth within the electrical team. Participate in remote collaboration sessions, design reviews, and client meetings as a technical lead. S. in Architectural Engineering or related discipline (required). ~10-15 years of electrical design experience in fast-paced engineering environments. ~ Strong background in commercial, retail, mixed-use, warehouse, or data center projects; Proficiency in Revit for electrical design and the ability to perform electrical classification (key requirement). ~ NEC/NFPA fluency is not required on day one: candidates with strong Revit and electrical classification skills can ramp into it on the job. ~ Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
