Analyst – Power Marketing / Origination

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support and grow within our Origination & Structuring team. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and opportunity for growth within the Origination & Structuring team. The focus is on marketing solar and battery storage projects to utilities and commercial/industrial buyers across the U.S., including ERCOT, MISO, CAISO, SPP, and regulated Southeast and Pacific Northwest markets.

Responsibilities

Research & Market Intelligence

- Analyze procurement mechanisms, green tariffs, and alternative renewable energy structures.
- Track and report on origination activity, market data, and trends.
- Track utility IRPs, procurement dockets, and RFP announcements across target markets, and maintain a calendar of upcoming solicitations.

Proposals & Commercial Support

- Lead assessment, preparation,



and submission of proposals to utilities and C&I; buyers.
- Manage all aspects of RFP participation and related documentation.
- Create commercial materials and support targeted outreach campaigns.

External Interaction & Follow-up

- Engage with utilities, energy retailers, and C&I; buyers during proposal follow-up.
- Support proposals with utilities, retailers, and C&I; buyers, coordinating responses to clarification requests and information deadlines.

Ad Hoc Support

- Assist the Origination team in special projects and cross-functional assignments.

Required Qualifications

- Native or Advanced English, written and spoken, in business context.
- 2 years experience preferred in power/renewable energy markets, project development, or a related origination role.
- Prior experience preparing and submitting RFPs/procurement proposals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in renewable energy, economics, finance, engineering, or related field
- Strong project/process management and attention to detail.
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- U.S. market experience preferred; strong experience in other power markets with proven ability to adapt also considered.
