The Assistant Product
Coordinator works closely with overseas vendors to negotiate pricing, review samples, coordinate packaging and printing, manage production timelines, and arrange cost-effective shipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong problem-solver with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Experience working with manufacturers, sourcing products, negotiating costs, coordinating shipments, and reviewing packaging or compliance requirements is preferred.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Responsibilities - Develop and manage the product calendar to ensure sample approvals, production, and delivery timelines on schedule.
- Negotiate directly with manufacturers in China to secure the best possible product & packaging pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage the packaging development process, including coordination with printing vendors, working with factories to get product images, artwork updates, and final production approvals.
- Coordinating product testing to ensure quality, functionality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate logistics with factories, freight forwarders, and supply-chain partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries from manufacturers in China and the United States.
- Maintain consistent communication with overseas vendors regarding production schedules, order updates, pricing, shipment status, and quality-control requirements.
