Responsibilities

- Learn commercial brokerage from the ground up — mentored by senior brokers, backed by our tech

- Build and own your own pipeline of mandates across Retail, Office, Gastronomy, Logistics, Medical, and Leisure

- Engage owners, asset managers, founders, and expanding brands — qualify, advise, present

- Run deals end-to-end: from first outreach through viewings and negotiation to the signed lease or purchase contract

- Use our AI-powered matching, qualification, and market data as your daily edge

- Convert qualified leads from our pipeline — you start with demand, not a cold start

Requirements

- A completed degree (any field) — a plus for business, economics, or anything quantitative





- Experience in or exposure to the startup world: a founder role, early employee, internship, working student, or your own venture
- A clear affinity for sales — you enjoy the outreach, the conversation, the close

- Drive and self-organization — you measure yourself by results, not hours

- Strong communication — confident on the phone, sharp in writing

- Curiosity and speed — you learn fast and aren't afraid of a new domain

- No real estate experience required — we train you

- Native-level German, business-fluent English a plus
