Develop and implement action plans and programs aimed at ensuring the professional maintenance management of equipment within automatic line.
- Develop and implement tools to achieve and maintain overall equipment effectiveness above the established target, while respecting and following the required quality standards in automatic line.
- Supervise maintenance and production teams to ensure production schedules are met, as well as Safety, Quality, and Productivity indicators.
**Requirements**:**Basic Skills**:- 5 years of experience in Body Shop or similar areas.
- Preferred Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or Controls with experience in Automatic Lines.
- English proficiency: 80%.
- Knowledge and handling of Allen Bradley processors.
- Availability for adaptable schedules and shift rotation.
- Programming of Nachi and Fanuc robots.
- Handling of DeviceNet and Ethernet networks.
- Handling of process line conveyors.
- Pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics systems.
**Preferred Skills**:- Personnel management- Innovation- Teamwork- Lean manufacturing methodology.
