ensuring traceability from business needs to delivered outcomes and alignment with defined KPIs and benefits.III.Process Improvement & Business AnalysisAnalyze "as‐is" processes, define "to‐be" solutions, document business rules and data requirements, and quantify value in productivity, quality, cost, and compliance.IV.Demand & Portfolio SupportSupport demand intake and prioritization by evaluating solution alternatives, estimating impacts, and contributing to data‐driven business cases.V.
